Director, Private Wealth & Cross-Border Structures

Solance seeks a Client Director for Private Client & Wealth structures to open doors, build trust, and convert relationships into a robust pipeline. You will own the niche and drive the Private Client brand with founder-level autonomy, supported by a tech-enabled EMI.

You'll operate across jurisdictions, maintaining discretion and credibility with advisers and principals, and travel to client sites. Dublin-based with extensive travel involved.
