Director, Place & Property Transformation

Cairn Housing Association in Scotland is seeking an exceptional Director of Place and Property to join the Executive Leadership Team and shape the future of our homes, neighbourhoods and property services.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this senior role leads repairs, asset management, investment, development, compliance and place-based partnership working, driving transformational change while ensuring homes are safe, sustainable and responsive to tenants' needs.
