You will lead a 45-strong team, set strategic direction for capability and growth, and ensure delivery across development programmes and lifecycle phases. Reporting to the Chief Design Engineer for Components & Mechanical Equipment, you will engage regulators, customers and partners, influence engineering strategy, and drive governance, quality and Design Authority maturity in a complex, regulated environment.
