Our client, a major manufacturer of aeronautical components, is seeking a Sales Director who will be responsible for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) sales organization with a dedicated focus on Core solutions for both aerospace and industrial applications. He/she will be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth, strengthening relationships with existing honeycomb users, and expanding the Company's footprint in composites and advanced materials markets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Manage regional sales teams across EMEA; achieve annual revenue and margin targets specific to Aramid Honeycomb Core products.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in aerospace and industrial sectors; build business cases, proposals, and presentations tailored to honeycomb applications; communicate Argosy's technical and commercial value proposition to customers.
- Market Intelligence: Develop forecasts and maintain program maps (BOMs) for honeycomb applications; compile monthly EMEA sales reports with insights into aerospace and industrial demand.
- Customer Engagement & Problem Solving: Leverage close connections with current aramid honeycomb users to strengthen partnerships; identify customer pain points and coordinate with Argosy's technical and engineering resources to deliver solutions.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Materials or Mechanical Engineering (or higher).
- Experience: 5+ years in aerospace; proven sales team management; aramid/aluminum honeycomb sales.
- Training: Composites & adhesives knowledge; leadership and negotiation training.
- Skills:
- Strong business acumen & problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication (oral & written English).
- Negotiation & presentation (PPT) skills.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Time management & ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Building relationships with vendors/customers.
- Flexibility under pressure; willingness to travel.
This position reports to the President. Division-Sales & Marketing.
This Director may be seated in Germany, U.K. and Ireland.
Compensation190k USD - 215k USD plus commission. Total potential package of 250k USD - 270k USD.
