Job Description

We are looking for Director of Risk Operations who will act as the project manager, primary point of contact, and process owner for all RiskOps-related initiatives within the Growth function. This role will ensure seamless coordination, effective risk mitigation, and operational excellence across all stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Government Relations to ensure compliance with local regulations and conduct risk assessments related to government policies and legislative changes.
  • Partner with the Legal team to identify and mitigate legal risks, review contracts, and ensure all processes align with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
  • Work closely with Product teams to assess and address product-related risks, ensuring that features and workflows are designed with built-in risk prevention and user safety in mind.
  • Coordinate with Commercial teams to evaluate and mitigate financial and operational risks in partnerships, pricing models, and commercial agreements.
  • Engage with Driver Operations and Safety teams to monitor compliance, address performance-related risks, and implement safety protocols that protect customers, partners, and employees.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Risk Operations, Compliance, or related functions within regulated or high-growth industries
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and hands-on expertise in product and operational risk management
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Legal, Government Relations, Product, Commercial, and Safety
  • Proven skills in risk assessment, incident management, and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable operational processes
