Job Description

About the role

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an outstanding candidate to join the PHSO as Director of Resources. PHSO seeks to be an exemplar in its field, and this role is integral to achieving this strategic outcome. A qualified accountant with experience of strategic financial advice and management in the public sector, you will be a strategic leader able to drive performance improvement to enhance operational outcomes. An excellent communicator and experienced leader, you will have a proven track record in developing and delivering efficient, effective, customer-focused support services.

This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership of PHSO's financial, technology, business, and wider change management. The post holder will be accountable for delivering robust financial and business management services, high-quality ICT, and change management support to drive the delivery of PHSO's strategic objectives and overall transformational change.
