Director of Quality & Reliability for Fabless Optics

OLIX is seeking a Director of Quality to build and scale the quality infrastructure from the ground up as the company moves toward tape-out and high-volume manufacturing.

You will own reliability from component qualification through fleet performance, define supplier quality across the ecosystem, and drive regulatory compliance for datacentre deployments. This is a founding leadership role with global travel.
