What you'll do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, fostering long-term partnerships for mutual success.
• Guide and deliver the successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of a customer experience that meets the highest quality standards and contributes to the customers' strategic objectives.
• Drive business development initiatives within assigned portfolio, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Take ownership of revenue targets and actively contribute to the growth and financial success of the assigned division.
• Conduct contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
• Design successful strategies, ensuring a consistent approach to customer engagement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs and resolve issues quickly.
• Provide strong leadership by setting clear objectives and translating the strategic vision into actionable goals for the team.
• Collaborate with customers to develop a strategic vision for evolving their solutions, aligning with business goals.
• Effectively manage a broad customer portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of proven experience in managing and expanding large customer portfolios.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to thrive in a complex, mission-critical environment.
• Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Financial acumen, including experience in managing project/program financials and ensuring profitability.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to advocate project management processes for efficient and effective value delivery.
• Proven experience in managing tender processes and bid management activities, including the preparation of proposals, coordination with internal stakeholders, and negotiation with clients to secure profitable contracts.
