Lead with vision across six thriving practices in North Northamptonshire

We're searching for an inspiring Director of Practice to lead our talented teams across six sites in the North Northamptonshire area, including Sampson Park practices in Oundle, Thrapston, Corby, Byre and Staverton, along with Easipetcare Kettering. In this pivotal role, you'll bring people together, champion a positive culture, and guide the practices toward continued success and innovation. From our veterinary surgeons to our nursing, client care and support teams, you'll empower every part of the business to thrive, ensuring we deliver exceptional care for our patients and their owners.

This is a 40-hour per week, Monday to Friday, on-site position. You'll play a key role in supporting the multi-site team and ensuring smooth operations across the group, helping to maintain the highest standards of care for our patients and clients.

About the Practice Group

Our group is home to a dynamic team of 14.5 FTE Vets with diverse skills and expertise, including an exotics specialist and several certificate holders. We hold regular clinical meetings to share knowledge and ideas, and we're committed to continual investment in new equipment to support best practice.

With a strong ethos of collaboration across all sites, you'll always feel part of a bigger, supportive team that values teamwork and innovation.
