Director of Platform Localization & Internationalization

Genesys in the United Kingdom seeks a Director of Product Management for Platform Language to lead localization and internationalization across our AI-powered Experience Orchestration platform. You will own the language roadmap, drive multilingual UX, set quality benchmarks, and coordinate with engineering and regional teams to scale language capabilities globally.
