Director of People, Culture & Traded Services

Kirklees Metropolitan Council in Kirklees, West Yorkshire, is seeking a Service Director for People, Culture & Traded Services to lead a modern, high-performing workforce and shape organisational change across a complex public sector.

Reporting to the Corporate Leadership Team, you will oversee People Services and a diverse portfolio including culture, venues, tourism, markets and traded services, driving workforce transformation and commercial thinking.
