Director of Operations & Regulatory Excellence

Harwood seeks an experienced Operations Director to lead day-to-day building control services within a Registered Building Control Approvers organisation in the UK. You will drive performance, governance, and customer-focused delivery while ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and related regulations.

Reporting to the CEO, you will manage resources, oversee HR and training, and partner with regulators and clients to support strategic growth and regulatory integrity.
