Director of Operations - Luxury Castle Hotel Leadership

The Lodge at Ashford Castle in Cong, County Mayo, is seeking a passionate Director of Operations to lead all hotel departments with a strong focus on Food & Beverage, guest service, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have a hospitality degree, at least two years in operations or F&B management, and proven ability to manage costs, training, and reporting, while exhibiting leadership, adaptability, and fluent English.
