Director of Operational Risk & AI-Driven Controls

A leading financial services company is seeking a Director of Operational Risk to guide the management of operational risks within the organization. This hands-on leadership role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage AI technologies to identify and mitigate risks effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in risk management and will work in a hybrid model, attending the London office 2-3 days a week while having flexibility to work abroad up to 120 days a year.
