Director of Nursing - Senior Care Leader

Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) for a Nursing Home in Waterford. This is a full-time, permanent role with salary dependent on experience.

The DON will lead clinical governance, staff development, and operational management within the home. Eligible applicants should hold an RGN qualification with substantial leadership experience in elderly care, plus a post-registration management qualification.
