Director of Manufacturing & Operations - Multi-Site Leader

Page Executive is seeking a Director of Manufacturing and Operations to lead five U.S. production sites, driving performance, safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will implement processes, structure, and systems to enable current demand and future growth while meeting financial targets. The role requires 15-20+ years in engineering, operations and manufacturing with 7-10+ years in senior leadership, plus a track record in CI, Lean, EHS, and cross-functional leadership.
