37 hours per week, all year round, permanent.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Director of IT, reporting directly to the CEO and Deputy CEO.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the IT Team across all MAT schools
• Providing technical ICT support
• General hardware maintenance
• Network maintenance
• Hardware and software installation
• Staff support
• General maintenance and website maintenance

Hours will be worked across all the Learning Accord Multi Academy Trust family of schools, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight of IT services throughout the Trust.

Our Trust as at March 2026 has sixteen Academies across Kirklees and Calderdale; namely Saint Aidan's CE Academy, Scissett CE Academy, Skelmanthorpe Academy, Helme CE Academy, New Mill Infant and New Mill Junior Schools, St Augustine's CE School, Kaye's Academy, Lowerhouses CE Primary School, Luddenden CE School, Hebden Royd CE Primary School, Earlsheaton Infant School, St Thomas CE Primary School, Cumberworth CE First School, St John's CE Primary School Dewsbury and Roberttown CofE Primary School. And four joining Schools - Hightown J,I&N School, Hepworth J&I School, Lindley CE Infant School and Oak CE Primary School.

All new employees to the Trust are subject to a six-month probationary period. A Disclosure and Barring check will be required.
