Director of Internal Communications & Engagement

Boots is seeking a Director of Internal Communications to join our Corporate Affairs and Communications team across Nottingham and London. This senior role will lead a function responsible for engaging 52,000 colleagues as we drive our transformation agenda.

You will design and oversee internal communications strategy, lead a team of specialists, partner with business leaders, and advance multi-channel storytelling to maximise engagement and alignment with our plans.
