Director of Innovation & Pilot Programs

WPP is seeking a Director in Advancement (Strategic Operations) in London to operationalize the innovation agenda. You will transform strategic roadmap ideas into pilot programs and proofs-of-concept, owning projects end-to-end from design to initial delivery and analysis.

You will test AI capabilities, pilot new delivery models, and build business cases with measurable ROI for broader rollout, partnering with Technology, Finance and People functions on ambitious outcomes.
