As Director, you will:

• Providestrategic and technical leadershipacross hardware design, verification, and implementation functions.

About You

We're looking for a proven hardware engineering leader with:

• Strong track record delivering complex semiconductor or hardware programs.
• Deep knowledge ofdigital hardware design and verification practices.
• Experience managinglarge, multi-site engineering teams.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to influence beyond immediate responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to inspire and engage at all levels.
