Director of Growth - Test & Evaluation Training

QinetiQ Limited is seeking a Business Development Director for Test & Training. Based in the UK with three days on-site across Farnborough, Malvern, Boscombe Down, and Portsmouth, you will lead growth in Test & Evaluation and Training, shaping market strategy and winning priority opportunities.

You will build senior relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable year-on-year expansion.
