Director of Global Operational Excellence & Supply Chain

Johnson & Johnson, through its DePuy Synthes orthopedics unit, seeks a Director of Business Excellence (SC&O) to design, deploy, and continuously improve an end-to-end operational excellence framework across a global MedTech organization. This role partners with site leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact on growth, cost competitiveness, and patient outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain/operations with Lean Six Sigma leadership, strong analytics,
