Summary of the Role

A unique opportunity to support NPL's strategic development as the organisation grows and evolves in a dynamic business environment. This is a newly created, high-impact position offering the chance to support major transformation initiatives across the enterprise.

As a deputy to the CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the organisation's financial strategy. Your responsibilities include ensuring robust financial planning, operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management.

You will also serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and leadership on all financial matters.

Pivotal areas of scope include:

• Providing strategic leadership across finance to drive transformation, enhance operational effectiveness, and deliver value and impact.
• Developing strategies and leading teams to support growth and transformation, thereby enhancing the organisation's performance and impact.
• Ensuring strong governance and compliance frameworks to enable the business to meet its strategic objectives.
• Developing and delivering solutions to support future business growth.
• Maximising and embedding a new finance system, leading the development of enhanced financial reporting and modelling to improve planning and forecasting.
