Job Description

The Connaught, part of the Maybourne Hotel Group, seeks an accomplished Director of Finance to lead strategic financial planning in a 5-star luxury hotel environment. You will work on P&L ownership with department heads, deliver weekly forecasts, and drive ROI across F&B, Rooms, and Spa.

This senior role requires at least 5 years on an executive committee or similar leadership team, with exceptional Excel and financial modelling skills to guide strategic decisions in a boutique luxury setting.
