Director of Field Service Excellence (UK & Ireland)

Miele is seeking a Head of Field Service to lead and transform our UK & Ireland field operations. You will oversee seven Regional Service Managers, around 100 technicians and our Technical Repair Centre, shaping service experiences that delight customers and build loyalty.

This leadership role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring visibility across the business, stakeholder engagement and a commitment to inclusion and growth for all colleagues.
