We are looking for a leader with hands on experience in in house provision and a clear understanding of the scrutiny front line services face. You will oversee a remit that covers waste, streetscene, highways, fleet management, and business development.
Key requirements include prior in house service experience and an informed appreciation of the regulatory scrutiny which accompanies frontline operations.
