Outcomes First Group is a Midlands-based provider of specialist SEND education, requiring a Director of Education Practice and Standards to lead across 60+ SEN schools with travel across OFG services.

You will champion outstanding SEND provision, drive quality assurance, and develop consistent teaching, safeguarding, and curriculum approaches while supporting leaders and central teams.
