Director of Change & Capability (ERP & Learning)

AstraZeneca Ireland seeks a Director, Change & Capability to lead enterprise transformation across our Operations organization, with emphasis on SAP S/4HANA and digital enablement. You will align people, processes, and technology to strengthen agility, quality, and value-ensuring patients benefit from faster, more reliable medicines.

You will partner with leaders across functions to embed new ways of working, build sustainable capabilities, and measure adoption and impact at scale.
