Director of Careline Operations

Churchill Estates Management (CEM) seeks an experienced Director of Careline to shape the future of its Careline service and drive growth. This newly created leadership role will work with the Managing Director and senior teams to expand capabilities, ensure operational excellence and strengthen customer outcomes.

The role is based at our Ringwood head office and leads a 40-strong Careline team providing 24/7 support.
