Director of Business and Finance

Responsibilities

• Strategic financial planning and budget management
• HR, administration, IT and operational systems
• Premises, health and safety compliance
• Governance, risk management and regulatory compliance
• The leadership and development of support teams

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business or financial leadership, ideally within a school or similarly complex organisation
• Relevant qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into sustainable, effective systems
• Highly organised, detail oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Salary & Benefits

Salary from £52,413 to £54,495 per year.

Full time, 35 hours per week (flexibility considered).
