TheOpportunity

ThepostholderwilldriveacompellingmembervaluepropositionforseniorleadersacrossFTSE listedandlargeprivateorganisations,ensuringtheirinsightsinformtheorganisation'spublicpolicyandstrategicdirection.Youwillleadahigh performingteam,collaborateacrossinternalpillars,andrepresenttheorganisationatthemostseniorlevels.

KeyResponsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development and delivery of support for members working in business.
• Build and manage relationships with senior industry stakeholders, including Chairs, C suite and Non Executives across major UK companies.
• Oversee technical policy, thought leadership and member guidance across Corporate Reporting, Financial Services and Governance & Ethics.
• Establish channels to gather insight from business members to inform public policy.
• Work closely with regional, international and commercial teams to ensure aligned membersupport and identify reputational risks.
• Inspire and lead a high performing team, champion inclusion and continuous learning.

AboutYou

• Extensive senior leadership experience within a membership body, professional services firm or business support environment.
• Strong track record in developing strategic value propositions and member engagement programmes.
• Deep experience in technical policy and thought leadership across Corporate Reporting, Governance and Ethics.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, including FTSE level executives.
• Commercially astute, collaborative and confident operating across complex organisational structures.
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent professional qualification essential.
