Director of Audiences, Growth & Development

Welsh National Opera (WNOCC) invites applications for the Executive Director of Audiences and Development. This newly created role holds executive responsibility for developing ambitious strategies across audience engagement, fundraising and communications, and for leading a unified team through a period of organizational change.

You will oversee development, fundraising, marketing and communications, driving a step-change in the WNOCC brand and expanding support across all income streams.
