Director of AML/CFT & Sanctions Governance

Waystone is seeking a Director - Compliance Services to lead AML/CFT, sanctions governance, and risk assessment for Cayman Islands entities. The role includes serving as AMLCO/MLRO/DMLRO as appointed, shaping governance frameworks and audit programmes, and reporting to governing bodies.

You will partner with senior management, regulators and clients to ensure compliance excellence, oversee independent audits, and drive continuous improvement across the Compliance Services function.
