Director of AI Foundations & Reusable Capabilities

Novartis UK seeks a Director to establish reusable AI foundations, patterns, and capability assets across Development. You will lead engineers and data scientists to design scalable, interoperable AI solutions that span agentic AI, retrieval, knowledge systems, simulation, and MLOps.

You will partner with DSAI domain leaders to drive consistency, reuse, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities while aligning with regulatory and governance requirements.
