Director of AI & Data Science - Ship Real GenAI Products

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks a Director-level Data Science leader to shape and scale AI-driven products for financial professionals. You'll recruit and mentor leaders, oversee cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, UX researchers and PMs, and translate strategy into delivery.

You'll balance technical depth with executive influence, shipping real products, not PoCs, and champion a GenAI + classical ML roadmap.
