Director, Loan Recovery & Fixed Charge Receiver

CBRE is seeking a Director, Loan Recovery to lead enforcement work within the Loan Recovery team of Debt and Structured Finance. You will take control of distressed real estate, direct recovery strategy, and manage multidisciplinary adviser teams to maximise lender recoveries.

Based in London, the role involves client relationship management with banks and funds, supervising Joint Receiverships, and guiding projects from appointment to sale while developing new business opportunities.
