Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional commercial strategy development and execution.
• Manage client relationships and deliver top-tier service for assigned accounts.
• Build new prospects, source opportunities, and pitch solutions.
• Lead deal processes: from offers to Heads of Terms, LOIs, and lease executions.
• Organize client meetings, create presentations, and report on commercial activities.
• Promote the brand and enhance market presence.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's in Finance, Business, Engineering, Aviation, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in aviation/helicopter sector, with sales or customer service experience.
• Strong numeracy, financial acumen, and relationship-building skills.
• Business-level English; research and presentation expertise.
• Regional experience - MEA/ APAC
• Helicopter commercial experience
• Team player with integrity, customer focus, creativity in deal structuring, excellent communication, independence, and growth mindset.
