Job Summary

Starpower is seeking a Director to provide senior level leadership and strategic counsel across culture, entertainment, and influencer marketing on behalf of Real Chemistry and starpower clients within the beverage alcohol and spirits category. The role focuses on campaigns for the Hispanic American consumer audience and will oversee talent procurement, influencer strategy, client relations, budgeting, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage client relationships across entertainment, culture, and influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute high performing campaigns that exceed client objectives.
  • Manage entertainment, cultural, and influencer marketing campaigns across multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Lead client communications, participate in meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Serve as a contributor in business development, pitches, and presentations.
  • Oversee end to end campaign execution: talent identification, outreach, negotiation, legal approvals, execution, measurement.
  • Create culturally relevant campaign strategies beyond traditional sponsored content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, talent agencies, managers, publicists, and industry partners.
  • Add value through trend reporting, internal training, and best practice sharing.
Cross Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with account leads and cross functional teams to integrate workstreams into larger campaigns, manage expectations with senior leadership, and foster external partner relationships.

Leadership & Best Practices

Lead and mentor high performing team members, embed influencer expertise into professional development, guide junior members, and stay current on emerging platforms, cultural trends, and compliance standards. Facilitate internal trainings and operational efficiency improvement.

What You Should Have
  • 8+ years of experience in client service, influencer marketing, entertainment marketing, and talent procurement.
  • Proven experience developing and executing talent and influencer marketing strategies with measurement.
  • Experience targeting Latino/Hispanic American consumers.
  • Deep understanding of pop culture, entertainment, and cultural marketing trends.
  • Strong relationships with talent agencies, managers, publicists, and influencers.
  • Negotiation and budget management experience.
  • Knowledge of FTC guidelines, SAG requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation development, and client engagement.
  • Leadership experience with relationship building and team management.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience integrating paid social media strategies into influencer and brand campaigns.
  • Passion for Hispanic consumer landscape.
Plus

Fluent in Spanish, capable of conducting business negotiations with talent teams.

Pay Range

$95,000 - $160,000, determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
