Director, Implementation Planning & Digital Media Strategy

WPP Media Limited, a leading open intelligence-driven media operating unit, is seeking a Director, Implementation Planning for The Estée Lauder Companies. You will lead digital strategy across multiple prestige brands, shaping roadmaps for Search, Social and Programmatic, and embedding a rigorous test-and-learn culture to drive D2C growth and measurable results.

You will manage cross-brand initiatives, collaborate with Strategy, Comms, Activation, AdTech and Data specialists, and operate in a
