Director, Global Personal Tax & Partner Advisory

McKinsey & Company is seeking a senior tax leader focused on US federal and state personal taxes for Partners, coordinating across countries to design and deliver tax-efficient Partner awards in line with global risk standards.

You will advise Partners, manage country requirements, and collaborate with Payroll, Legal, HR, and Finance to ensure accurate delivery of awards while leading global initiatives.
