Director, Global Mergers & Acquisitions

Optimas is seeking a Director of Mergers & Acquisitions to lead its global inorganic growth agenda. You will identify targets, structure deals, and manage integration across regions, reporting to the CEO and CFO.

You will work with executive leadership to shape the investment pipeline, oversee due diligence, and drive value creation through disciplined governance and cross functional collaboration in a complex, multi country environment.
