The Director Global Marketing and Product Management (m/f/d) is responsible for shaping and executing the global marketing and portfolio strategy for Infusion Pump Systems, including devices and software solutions. This role ensures the alignment of product development and lifecycle management with market needs and company objectives, drives global business development initiatives, and leads a high-performing team to deliver innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes worldwide.
Your Assignments:Portfolio Strategy & Execution
Define and implement global portfolio strategy aligned with company objectives and market needs
Lead approval process for new product developments, including global business cases
Manage the entire product lifecycle globally-from launch to end-of-life strategies
Ensure timely definition of business and product requirements
Lead Voice of Customer initiatives and build a representative customer panel
Set clear priorities for roadmap execution and resource allocation
Monitor global business contribution and portfolio profitability
Recommend pricing strategies, business models, and product bundling
Evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships within and adjacent to core business
Lead and inspire a team of Global Product Managers
Define optimal team structure and recruit talent as needed
Set individual objectives and manage performance
Completed university degree in Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare, or a comparable discipline
Extensive experience in senior marketing and portfolio management roles within the MedTech industry; experience in infusion therapies and hospital digital solutions is an advantage
Strong knowledge of healthcare solutions combining medical devices and software
Experience in business development and international roll-out strategies
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Competence in leadership, agile working methods, and strategic planning
Excellent English skills, written and spoken
