Director, Global Corporate Governance & Entity Management

NBCUniversal in the UK is seeking a corporate governance professional to support governance, compliance and administration of international entities, with focus on the UK portfolio and coordination with local counsel and external providers.

You will manage board and shareholder materials, statutory filings, entity lifecycle and governance projects, while collaborating with Legal, Tax, Finance and Treasury to maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory requirements.
