Director, External Manufacturing - Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Director, External Manufacturing to lead the EM category strategy across Biotherapeutics and/or Synthetics. Based in Zug, Switzerland, Belguim, Cork Ireland or Netherlands, the role will direct supplier relationships and drive cost, quality and innovation.

Travel up to 20% is anticipated. The position requires a strong track record in category leadership, contracting, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business
