Job Description

PSP Investments is seeking a Director, Legal Affairs (Europe) to lead legal support for infrastructure, private equity, real estate and related investments across Europe. The role reports to the MD, Head of Legal Affairs (Europe and Asia) and collaborates with teams in London, Montréal, Ottawa and New York.

You will provide strategic legal advice on complex transactions, manage external providers, and ensure compliance with governing laws.
