Overview

Our client is renowned for its innovation and excellence within the critical infrastructure sector. With a market leading reputation, it is leading the way in developing high performance infrastructure for AI start-up and enterprise customers. They are seeking an Employment lawyer to join their legal team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal guidance and expertise on labour and employment matters across global operations with a focus on EMEA.
  • Shape and influence labour and employment strategies while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Bring a proactive, business and solution-oriented mindset to legal matters and collaborate across the organisation and the wider legal team.
  • Coordinate group-wide employment law projects and manage external advisors as needed.
  • Support transformation, reorganisation and related employment activities in a global and multinational company.
  • Act as a strategic business advisor in a highly visible role within a newly formed and fast-moving organisation.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and navigate a fast-paced, complex environment.
Qualifications
  • At least 8 PQE, trained in a top UK law firm.
  • Ideally in-house experience within the technology/infrastructure sectors.
  • Solid track record in international employment law (with emphasis on the EU).
  • Experience managing external advisors and leading cross-border employment initiatives.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and operate effectively in a global, multinational context.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
