Director, EMEA Employment Counsel

Workday, Inc. is seeking an experienced EMEA Employment Counsel to serve as a trusted advisor on complex employment matters across the region. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and People & Purpose to support growth while upholding fairness and integrity.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in employment law, are qualified in at least one EMEA jurisdiction, and excel at risk analysis, negotiations, and cross-border advisory across multiple jurisdictions.
