Role DescriptionWe are hiring a seasoned sales manager to further develop our Cybersecurity business in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, preferably based in France.
In this role, you will prospect and engage with senior C-Level decision-makers such as CISOs, cybersecurity leaders, third-party risk and management leaders, risk, privacy, audit, vendor management, and information security teams within both private and public sectors.
As a Cybersecurity Specialist Sales Director, you will interact with high-level stakeholders and maintain excellent personal relationships in security, risk, privacy, cybersecurity, and vendor management functions. The role involves direct engagement with prospects, reseller partners, other Mastercard teams, and customers to present the value of our cybersecurity solutions.
The position includes phone, web, and face-to-face selling, with approximately 30-40% travel.
Our ideal candidate has experience selling large-ticket enterprise security or risk applications or infrastructure software to large enterprises and public entities.
Key Responsibilities- Hunter role: primary responsibility to acquire new business.
- Develop and manage sales strategies and territory plans for new opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Develop, initiate, and execute sales plans for target accounts.
- Provide weekly updates and accurate forecasts using Salesforce & Clari.
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Mastercard's cybersecurity division and other sales teams, including working with channel partners to grow pipeline and accelerate deals.
- Extensive enterprise software sales experience, especially in new customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
- Experience in cybersecurity sales.
- Track record managing large enterprise and public sector accounts, closing transactions >$1M ARR, and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong network of security executive relationships.
- Excellent organization, communication, and self-starting skills.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions.
- Consultative or value-based selling training is a plus.
