Director, Asset Finance & Broker Relationships

CBC Recruitment Solutions is working with a leading UK asset finance client to recruit a Business Development Director. The role focuses on developing broker partnerships and winning large-ticket deals up to £10m, with average transactions around £1.5m.

You will own the end-to-end deal lifecycle, including pricing input, documentation, structuring and packaging of complex submissions, and you'll collaborate closely with credit and legal teams to satisfy board-level stakeholders.
