Overview:
A leading property consultancy is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join their Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in Inverness/North Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role managing a diverse portfolio of rural estates and assets, while working alongside specialists in residential, farming, forestry, natural capital, and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead asset management for a major estate client, collaborating closely with senior leadership.
- Oversee a wide range of rural assets including let farms and residential properties, supported by internal teams across administration, surveying, farming, and environmental services.
- Conduct rent reviews, lease negotiations, dispute resolution, and manage repair and improvement programmes.
- Ensure delivery of client objectives and compliance with internal standards.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business and expand client services.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience managing rural assets, particularly let farms and residential properties.
- Strong leadership and delegation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Capable of working under pressure and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to enhance business performance.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree (undergraduate or postgraduate).
- MRICS qualified (Rural pathway) with 10+ years post-qualification experience.
- CAAV/SAAVA membership is advantageous.
